Do I need a doctor's referral? +
No referral needed. Simply contact Mark directly to get started โ your Full Assessment is the first step.
Does insurance cover your services? +
Therekos Wellness is a private pay company and does not participate with insurance providers. Most HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) reimburse for health and wellness services โ always verify with your plan. You pay only for what you use, at a flat rate that's often comparable to a copay.
Is this the same as physical therapy? +
Mark's background is in physical therapy, but Therekos Wellness is a wellness practice. It's a fantastic complement or follow-up to traditional PT, especially for patients who've been discharged but want to keep progressing.
What should I wear? +
Comfortable, flexible clothing you can move in โ athletic or workout wear is perfect. No special equipment required.
How often should I come in? +
It depends on your goals and lifestyle. Mark discusses frequency during your initial visit. Many clients come weekly or bi-weekly; others do monthly maintenance. Only pay for what you need and want.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We know life happens โ just reach out and we'll work with you.
